Cloud Solutions

We believe in redundancy for our clients. Two simple examples of this are 

  1. A client’s computer crashes or gets stolen, we can replace the hardware and restore all of their data from the cloud to get them up and running ASAP. 
  2. A Fibre line is giving issues and causing business interruptions. Our remote monitoring software allows us to pick this up early so that we can resolve this issue quickly or find an alternative solution while the issue is being resolved.

These solutions allow for more business up time us as well as for us to be more proactive in our service and problem solving.
